Health Benefits
Depending on location, employees have one or more choices of
medical plans for coverage for themselves and their family.
Choices may include a PPO plan or an EPO plan, with care and
services provided though Blue Cross’ extensive nationwide
provider network, or HMOs in selected areas.

Tuition Reimbursement

education, Beckman Coulter provides reimbursement for covered

Savings Plan
This is a voluntary program for long term savings. This plan
allows participants to make both before-tax and after-tax
contributions with a company added contribution.
Retirement Account Plan
This is a 100% company funded defined contribution plan. Beckman
Coulter will make an annual company contribution based on each
employee’s length of service. Employee Assistance Program
This program provides confidential counseling services for
