Program Overview
The Innovation Fellowship Program is a one year rotational assignment comprised of four (4), 3 month assignments. This program is open to qualified new college graduates in the following disciplines:
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Computer Science
Biomedical Engineering
Three (3) of the assignments will be within the Instrument Systems Development Center (ISDC) working on challenging research and development projects. One (1) of the assignments would be outside the ISDC such as: Quality, Finance, Applications, Manufacturing, etc..
During this one year rotation period, the employee must work out of at least three of the following locations:
Brea, CA
Fullerton, CA
Minneapolis, MN
Indianapolis, IN
Miami, FL
At the end of the one year rotation assignment we will work with the employee to place him/her at their desired location fulltime.

Employee Benefits Overview
During this one year rotational program, all housing costs will be covered and a 1 bedroom, corporate furnished apartment will be provided at each location.
Transportation will also be provided by either a Beckman Coulter Fleet vehicle or rental car during the time at each location
Transportation to and from each new assignment will also be covered.
Upon hire, the employee will be assigned a Program Mentor who will work with the employee throughout the year ensuring their success. In addition, upon arriving at each site, a local site contact will be assigned to each employee to ensure they become oriented to the site and the surroundings. |
